Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SolydScope ("SolydScope," "we," "our," or "us"), a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. By accessing, registering for, using, subscribing to, or otherwise interacting with SolydScope, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.
1. Description of the Service
SolydScope is a cloud-based SaaS platform that allows users to create, manage, and export business documents such as contracts, invoices, quotations, and related materials.
Access is delivered digitally and is available immediately once account creation or payment is complete.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SolydScope.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
We are not responsible for unauthorized use that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3. Free Plan & Paid Subscriptions
Free Plan
SolydScope offers a free plan with limited usage (e.g., limited number of projects and clients) to allow users to evaluate the platform before upgrading.
The free plan is strictly for evaluation purposes.
Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions unlock additional usage limits, features, and document export/download capabilities. Paid plans are intended for ongoing professional or business use, not for evaluation or testing.
4. Payments, Billing & Renewals
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.
- You authorize us (or our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.
- Failure to cancel before renewal will result in automatic charges.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that:
- SolydScope is a digital service
- Access is provided immediately
- Refunds are limited and conditional
Please review the Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.
6. Document Generation & Usage
SolydScope enables you to generate and export business documents based on inputs you provide.
You acknowledge that:
- Exporting or downloading documents signifies usage of the service
- Exported documents may be used for your internal or business purposes
- You alone are responsible for how generated documents are used or relied upon
SolydScope is not providing legal, financial, or professional advice through these documents.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
- Circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions
- Create multiple accounts to bypass plan limits or refunds
- Resell, sublicense, copy, scrape, or exploit the service
- Reverse-engineer or modify the platform
We reserve the right to investigate misuse and take corrective action.
8. Abuse, Fraud & Refund Circumvention
The following are considered violations of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or termination:
- Exporting or downloading documents with the intent to request a refund
- Filing chargebacks or disputes without contacting SolydScope support first
- Repeated refund requests or dispute attempts across multiple accounts
- Any attempt to extract service value without payment
We may deny refunds, contest disputes, revoke access, and pursue other remedies for abuse.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraud, abuse, or unlawful activities
- Misuse payment systems or services
Upon termination:
- Access to the service will be revoked
- Stored data may be deleted
- No refunds will be issued unless required by law
10. Intellectual Property
All rights in SolydScope's software, branding, and content are our exclusive property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription.
You retain ownership of the content you enter into the platform.
11. Electronic Signatures & Digital Documents
SolydScope provides technical features to support electronic signature workflows, including audit trails, timestamps, and secure signature collection.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- SolydScope is a platform tool that facilitates document creation and signature collection
- SolydScope does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee the legal validity or enforceability of any documents or signatures
- The legal validity of electronic signatures depends on jurisdiction-specific laws, proper implementation, identity verification, consent, and context of use
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of SolydScope complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
- You are responsible for implementing appropriate identity verification, consent collection, and record-keeping practices as required by law
- SolydScope disclaims all liability for disputes, invalidity, or unenforceability of documents or signatures created through the platform
Recommendation: Consult with a qualified attorney in your jurisdiction to ensure compliance with applicable electronic signature laws and regulations.
12. Third-Party Services
SolydScope may integrate with or rely on third-party services (including payment processors).
We are not responsible for outages, errors, policy changes, or interruptions caused by third parties.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
SolydScope is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free access
- Legal compliance or enforceability of documents
- Suitability for your specific requirements
Use of the service is at your own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolydScope will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, business opportunities
- Claims arising from use of generated documents
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the most recent billing period.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify SolydScope against claims arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Your generated documents
- Violation of these Terms or applicable laws
16. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here — your continued use after updates signifies acceptance of the new Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
