SolydScope ("we," "our," or "us") provides a digital, subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed for freelancers and agencies. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and the conditions under which they may be granted.

By purchasing a subscription or using SolydScope, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of the Service

SolydScope is a digital SaaS platform. Upon successful payment, users are granted immediate access to paid features, including higher usage limits and document generation tools.

Because access is delivered instantly and the service provides downloadable digital content, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.

2. Free Plan for Evaluation

SolydScope offers a Free Plan that allows users to evaluate the platform before purchasing. The Free Plan includes limited usage (such as a limited number of projects and clients).

Paid plans are intended for extended usage, higher limits, and production use, not for evaluation or testing purposes.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a limited money-back guarantee under the following conditions:

Monthly Plans

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date.

Annual Plans

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date.

Refund requests submitted after these periods will not be approved, except where required by applicable law.

4. Refund Eligibility Conditions

A refund may be granted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The request is made within the applicable refund window.
  • The account has not been substantially used.
  • No abuse, fraud, or misuse of the service is detected.
  • The request is legitimate and complies with this policy.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these criteria.

5. Substantial Use & Digital Content Clause (Important)

Because SolydScope enables the creation and export of digital documents, certain actions constitute substantial use of the service.

Refunds will not be issued if any of the following have occurred under a paid plan:

  • Exporting or downloading invoices, contracts, quotations, or other project documents
  • Generating usable copies of documents for external or commercial use
  • Excessive or abnormal document generation or export activity
  • Any usage that reasonably indicates value has already been received

Once digital documents are exported or downloaded, the service is considered used, and refund eligibility is forfeited.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests made after the refund window
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal
  • Partial use of a billing period
  • Dissatisfaction after substantial usage
  • Promotional, discounted, or special-offer subscriptions (unless explicitly stated)
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations or abuse

7. Subscription Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.

8. Downgrades & Plan Changes

Plan downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

No prorated refunds are issued for unused time on higher-tier plans unless required by law.

9. Technical Issues & Service Availability

If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents reasonable use of SolydScope, please contact us promptly.

Refunds related to technical issues may be considered on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The issue is confirmed to be caused by SolydScope, and
  • We are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Unauthorized or Duplicate Charges

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Verified unauthorized transactions

You must notify us as soon as such charges are discovered.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes (Very Important)

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with PayPal, your bank, or any payment provider, you agree to contact us first at:

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or termination of your account
  • Revocation of access to the platform
  • Loss of refund eligibility

We actively contest abusive or fraudulent chargebacks and may submit usage logs, access records, and acceptance of this policy as evidence.

Charges for SolydScope may appear on your statement as:

13. Agreement & Acceptance

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing access to a digital service
  • Access is granted immediately upon payment
  • A free plan is available for evaluation before purchase
  • Exporting or downloading documents constitutes service usage
  • Refunds are limited to the conditions stated in this policy

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy.

14. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
